Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return or exchange it easily.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All tags, accessories, and original packaging must be intact.
• Return must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Email the unboxing video to carejaipurkurtiwala@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery; without it, returns will not be accepted
2. No returns for size/fit issues, minor colour variations, print/design differences.
3. We’ll share return pickup / drop details. A ₹200 flat return shipping fee applies.

Refunds

• After we receive and inspect the item, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days.
• The return shipping fee of ₹200 is deducted from the refund.

Exchange Policy (Damaged/Defective Only)

We offer exchange only for products that are received damaged or defective. To raise an exchange request, please email us at carejaipurkurtiwala@gmail.com with a mandatory unboxing video by the deadline.

Notes

• If a return is sent without email and approval, it may be delayed or refused.
• For hygiene/quality reasons, items returned used or damaged may be declined.
